Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lean Ladder, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since most of our products are digital, the following terms apply:

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., templates, training materials, software, and other downloadable content), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

For any physical products purchased through Lean Ladder, you are entitled to cancel your order within 24 Hours of receiving the goods.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date you received the goods or from when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

How to Cancel Your Order for Physical Products

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by means of a clear statement. You can notify us by email at support@leanladder.in.

Refunds for Physical Products

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned physical goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns (Physical Products Only)

For the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

• The goods were purchased within the last 24 Hours .

• The goods are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Exclusions from Returns

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Digital products (templates, training materials, downloadable content, etc.).

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date).

• Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Returning Physical Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. A refund cannot be issued without the receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
